Snow, snow and still snowing!

I can safely say that we got dumped on. I don't know how many cms fell but my mother called and said they got 60 cms. The snow was about five feet high against their door and they couldn't get out. We didn't get that much but we got enough. I'm tired at the moment and my back is aching from things to be done outside ie: filling feeders. Clearing a way to hen house, etc., etc. A few pictures taken this morning.

Yesterday morning we went to visit the friend who got her new puppy the day before. What a little doll. Full of beans too.

Stuart.

A few pictures of birds this morning. Taken through a window so not the best shots.

(Marnie, if you are reading this, I've been trying to read your blog but every time I go there Firefox crashes. I don't know what the problem is and yours is the only one this happens with. I don't know how many times I've tried with the same result.)

Oh OC - now that IS snow!! We are wimps over here aren't we.

No wonder you're tired - it's an effort getting through snow and having to clear as well..... take care now :)

and yes, Stuart is a real cutie. Bet he's going to get spoilt rotten.

It's the same up and down the east coast, from what I hear. Take care of you and don't overdo it!

Feel very sorry for you, Crow. It is not fair on anybody to slog through snow like that.
I do love the snow pictures though. But that is because they give the garden that extra magical feel.

Love the puppy, but he'll be real dog soon. And spoilt.

It will melt, eventually.

Take care of yourself, Crow.
remember, the birds love you for all the work.

Lots of snow over here too, - mind you not THAT much as you have. In my garden the only ones making trails in the snow are the rabbits and me! LOL LOL LOL The birds prefer to stay within the space I clear for them. LOL LOL LOL Though the Crows every now and then venture into the deep snow and I SWEAR they have a baffled look when they sink in and almost disappear in the snow. LOL LOL LOL LOL
