Passing.
My partner of twenty three years passed away on Saturday and was cremated yesterday. His two daughters, my daughter, my parents and brother along with friends will have a get together here at the house this afternoon as a time of remembrance.
I'm sorry to hear it. Though he has been sick for a while, death is still so final. One has to grieve, adjust and somehow pick oneself up and keep moving forward. Himself was a nice looking fellow!
Oh, OC, I am so very sorry to hear this. May you, and all the people who loved him, find comfort in your memories and may you be given the strength to get through this...
Hello Oldcrow, I have just seen this having been away from this blog for a year. I'm so sorry to hear of this (I can remember your posting of him wearing a Viking helmet). Thought's with you and a hard time ahead. I've been there (as has my current partner) and it does get easier. A bit. Blessings. Andrew
