Gorgeous shots, love the bottles, cat and danglies. Do you not have double glazing?? When I lived in Swdmeden, it was in a house that was roughly 200 years old and that had triple glazing at the time of building!!

Toffeeapple, no, most of the windows are not double glazed. When I was getting the main section of the house built many years ago, I found the windows under an old shed on the property. Thought I'd save myself some money so told the builders to use them. The glass is getting rather worn now though. Interesting that you had triple glazed ones on the 200 yr old house.

Christ, I thought it was cold here last night - the coldest of the winter so far - reached -10c up by the aviary. I can remember windows freezing up like that at the old Barn we lived in though, no double glazing there either.

lol Jan, got down to -18 last night and going down to near that again tonight. No wonder I'm dreaming of Spring.

Hah! That should have read Sweden! When I lived in Wales (where I was born) we used to have Jack Frost art like that on our windows every winter.
