Mother Nature playing one of her cruel jokes. Spring is coming very, very late to your part of the world.

We had a frost last night, but no white... supposed to rain for the next few days and I WANT to put out the tomatoes and such, but it's going to be cool enough at night that I am hesitating, still...

I have had my lettuces standing in a late spring snow (in Colorado) so I hope you have only hardy stuff above ground, and it takes it all and keeps on growing, like my lettuce did!

Oh no! You know D and I were commenting here in Maine that it felt like winter the other day as we were bundled up to take a walk on the beach. D remembered some years ago it snowed on June 7th!

I've spotted your comments on so many of the blogs I follow that I thought it was time to come and visit, and what a lovely blog you have! I had to enlarge your photo to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me! How different your weather is at the moment from ours here in the UK, it is very humid here today and we are promised a very warm and sunny weekend. Looking further back though I see you had it very warm yourself a while ago.

I will be back to look more thoroughly at your archives when I have more time but I loved the photos of the plants and blooms with raindrops on the previous post.
